Qualifications Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related

field.

•  10 + years of experience in electrochemical/chemical/material

science within the battery industry or other industries related to

material extraction.

• Proven ability to lead innovative initiatives that translate into

commercial success.

• Manage comprehensive R&D programs, resource planning, and product

lifecycle management.

Lead and expand R&D teams and facilities.

Establish strategic vision and manage technology development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and define a strategy to maintain and enhance technological

leadership in target markets.

• Lead the Corporate Innovation Center, establish and staff it in

collaboration with leading universities and National Laboratories to

access and integrate new technologies.

Generate and manage R&D roadmap for company technology development

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of technology

experts focused on developing market-driven technologies and

products.

• Standardize R&D processes and implement best practices to optimize

innovation and development efforts

Build and maintain relationships with key industry players and

research institutions to enhance market position and technological

advancements.
