We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Application Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and provide comprehensive support to ensure successful deployment of our products. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to utilize their expertise in engineering while building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide pre-sale technical consultation and support to prospective customers to demonstrate the value and integration process of Infini Dome's products. 

-Deliver post-sale customer support, ensuring successful deployment and integration of our solutions into customer platforms. 

-Assist the President in managing day-to-day customer relationships and operational tasks. Act as a technical liaison between the US-based customers and the product development team to ensure alignment of customer needs with Infini Dome's solutions.

-Travel occasionally to customer sites to provide hands-on support and troubleshoot any technical issues.

Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in a related technical field, with a focus on electronics integration.

-Drone integration experience is strongly preferred. 

-Experience with GPS technology is a plus.

-Electronics technician or engineer background is required.

-Military experience (especially in the drone or GPS sector) is a significant advantage.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
